Sometimes. The Eureka NER650 handles corners, chair legs and loose cords well, and it usually finds its way back to the dock. Some units still wedge themselves under a low couch, and a few have ended up hanging off the edge of a top step, so it's worth checking those spots before you leave it to run on its own.

Well. In homes with shedding dogs and cats, the NER650 keeps up with daily fur, and its soft-bristle roller is quick to clear when hair does build up. You'll still be pulling hair off it regularly with a heavy shedder, but it's a short job, not a fight with scissors.

It's mixed. Many get the Eureka NER650 onto Wi-Fi quickly and pick rooms to clean from the app, but some units never connect at all, and the app itself could be more polished. The robot still cleans without it. You just lose room selection, no-go zones and scheduling.

It depends who you ask. The NER650 is rated at 70 dB, and some find it quieter than they expected for a robot, while others call it noisy. If you work from home or watch TV in the room it's cleaning, a scheduled run while you're out avoids the question entirely.

Up to 120 minutes per charge. Its LiDAR map also lets it remember where it stopped if the battery dies, so a big floor plan doesn't have to be cleaned from scratch.
