Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The siumxr lifts cat and dog hair, litter and even long human hair from sofas and carpeted stairs. A crevice tool and a dusting brush come with it, which help along stair edges and between cushions where hair collects.
Strong for a small unit, in most cases. The siumxr HDCS runs an 80W motor, and it handles dust, debris and small particles around the home and car. It isn't flawless: in one case suction faded after a few uses, and another unit fell short on power.
About 20 minutes or a little more. One timed charge ran just over 20 minutes after a quick top-up, and power eases off as the siumxr's battery drains. The listed figure is 30 minutes, so plan around the lower number for longer jobs. One full charge took about 1.5 hours.
Over USB-C, and quickly. There's no dock or wall mount for the siumxr, though, so it needs a shelf or drawer to live in, and in one case no charger came in the box. Check the contents on arrival so you know what you're working with.
Empty the dust cup and clean the HEPA filter regularly. A clogged filter is the usual reason a small handheld loses pull, and the siumxr's design keeps both jobs simple.
