About This Vacuum
The Shark UR2360S Ultra Robot Vacuum maps your home, cleans, and empties itself for up to 30 days without intervention. Its Matrix Clean navigation system runs a precision grid pattern with multiple passes to pick up debris on both carpets and hard floors. The 360° LiDAR vision creates accurate home maps in any light, while object detection helps it navigate around furniture and obstacles. After each cleaning session, the robot automatically dumps dirt and debris into the bagless base, which holds up to 30 days' worth. The self-cleaning brushroll handles pet hair without the tangles and wraps common in other models. CleanEdge Detect technology uses targeted air blasts to pull debris from corners and edges into the cleaning path, delivering 50% better edge cleaning than previous models. It works well for busy households and pet owners who want automated floor care across mixed surfaces. Voice control through Alexa or Google Assistant and smartphone app control let you start cleaning from anywhere. It has strong suction but may struggle with very thick carpets or high thresholds. Like any robot vacuum, it needs occasional maintenance and works best in reasonably tidy spaces where it won't get trapped under furniture.
Frequently Asked Questions
Good, with some gaps. The map and app make schedules and room picks easy. A few reports describe it skipping spots, getting lost in a small room or drifting into a no-go zone, so check the UR2360S map after the first few runs and adjust zones if it wanders.
Day to day, mostly yes. With shedding dogs and cats it keeps fur under control. The robot's own bin is small at 0.25 liters, though, and in one home with several dogs it clogged on heavy fur, so with big shedders keep an eye on the bin between runs.
Not always. In bigger homes it runs roughly an hour of cleaning per charge, then docks, recharges for about 1 to 3 hours and finishes the job on its own. A large house gets done, just not in one go. Shark rates the battery at up to 90 minutes.
Yes, it can. The UR2360S runs over cords and drags socks, chargers and other light items along with it. Picking up the floor before a run, or setting no-go zones around cable-heavy spots like a desk or TV stand, avoids most of the trouble.
Yes, several reports call it loud, both while it cleans and for a short burst when the base empties it. The usual fix is scheduling the UR2360S to run while nobody's home, which the app makes easy to set up.
Shark says the bagless base holds about a month of debris, and the robot empties into it after each run.
