About This Vacuum
The Shark RV2320S Matrix uses a grid-pattern cleaning system that makes multiple passes over each area for thorough pickup on both carpets and hard floors. A 360° LiDAR mapping system creates accurate floor plans and navigates around obstacles regardless of lighting conditions. The self-cleaning PowerFins brushroll digs into carpet fibers and engages hard surfaces to pull up debris, hair, and dirt. The bagless self-emptying base holds up to 30 days of dirt and debris, so you won't need replacement bags for weeks. Extended clean technology delivers 2X faster coverage than older Shark models, spending more time cleaning before returning to dock. The SharkClean app lets you target specific rooms, schedule cleanings, and activate Matrix Clean for 30% better pickup in high-traffic areas. At 11.07 lb, it has enough weight for strong suction while still fitting under most furniture. It works well for busy households, pet owners, and anyone who wants consistent floor maintenance across mixed surfaces without daily effort.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, with daily runs. Running it every day keeps fur from building up, dark carpet included, even with heavy-shedding dogs. The self-cleaning PowerFins brushroll on the RV2320S means you aren't constantly cutting hair off the roller between runs, which matters when it runs every day.
It's mixed. Setup and the mapping app go smoothly for some, while others struggle to connect the RV2320S to Wi-Fi, see schedules fail, or can't get it working at all. Give yourself time for setup and keep the return window in mind until it runs on schedule.
Less often than the robot alone, but with a heavy shedder it's closer to weekly than monthly. The base is meant to hold weeks of debris, yet with a dog that sheds a lot it fills in about a week. You still skip emptying the RV2320S after every run, which is the point.
With LiDAR mapping, which builds a floor plan and works in any lighting. In the SharkClean app you can target rooms, set schedules and turn on Matrix Clean, which makes the RV2320S cover high-traffic areas in a grid with extra passes.
