About This Vacuum
The Fanttik Slim V8 Mate is a compact cordless car vacuum built for cleaning vehicle interiors. Its slim profile fits easily into tight spaces, and the cordless design eliminates the need to manage cords while cleaning. The suction system handles pet hair, crumbs, and other debris common in cars. The lightweight, compact build makes it simple to store and maneuver, especially in hard-to-reach areas like under seats and between cushions. It works well for quick cleanups after road trips or when transporting cargo. It suits crumbs, dust and quick touch-ups, but it often struggles with dirt and hair embedded in car carpet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not reliably. The Fanttik V8 Mate suits crumbs, dust and quick touch-ups, and it feels strong for its size on loose debris. Dirt and pet hair ground into car carpet often beat it, though, so for a deep clean you'll want something bigger.
A useful set of nozzles and brushes, and they're one of the best parts of the V8 Mate. They make it easy to reach seat gaps, dash vents and desk corners, so it doubles as a desk and keyboard cleaner.
Usually not. Fanttik rates it at 12 minutes, and real runs range from a few minutes on high power to about 30 minutes on low. That's fine for a quick tidy of the V8 Mate's usual targets, but a full car often needs a recharge partway.
Yes. At 1.91 lb the V8 Mate is small and light enough to live in the car or on a desk, and it's comfortable to hold while you clean.
Fairly loud for its power. Fanttik rates it at 76 dB, and boost mode is where the noise stands out most on the V8 Mate. A few people don't mind it, but it's not a quiet handheld.
Often. The cup on the V8 Mate holds 0.12 liters, so it fills quickly, but it's quick to empty. Dust can coat the filter or lodge around it, and suction drops when that happens, so tap the filter clean regularly.
