Eureka Powerful Upright Vacuum

Yes. The NEU350 handles pet hair well on carpet and upholstery. Long fur is the exception on the turbo pet tool: it can wrap the brush until the tool stops spinning, so check and clear it during a heavy session. Pulling the hair off by hand usually gets it turning again.

Plenty. On older carpet the NEU350 pulls up a lot of dirt and hair, and the clear cup often fills fast on the first pass. Run it slowly over a rug that hasn't had a deep clean in a while and you'll see what comes out. That first clean may need an empty partway through.

It depends on the floor. Some find the Eureka NEU350 easy to steer, while others say it's hard to push on thin rugs, slow to swivel, and stiff to release from the upright position. On hard floors and low carpet it moves well. If your home has lots of thin rugs, that's the case to weigh.

Yes. At 10.4 lb, the NEU350 is light enough to carry up and down a flight, and the hose and tools let you clean the steps without lifting the whole machine onto each one. Set it at the bottom or top of the stairs and work the treads with the hose.

Not often. The 1.5-liter cup on the Eureka NEU350 means fewer trips to the bin mid-clean, and it empties easily. The filter is simple to reach and rinse, and it's washable, so there's no filter to keep buying. Give it a rinse after a heavy carpet session.
