About This Vacuum
The eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 11S MAX is a certified refurbished robot vacuum at a budget price. Its 2.85" profile slides under furniture and into spaces where uprights won't fit. BoostIQ Technology increases suction within 1.5 seconds when it detects carpets or heavy debris. At 6 lb, it runs up to 100 minutes per charge on hardwood floors. Infrared sensors help it avoid obstacles and furniture. Drop-sensing technology prevents falls down stairs. The tempered glass-top cover and automatic return to the charging base round out the basics. This works best in homes with mostly hard floors, low-pile rugs, and pet hair. As a certified refurbished unit, it performs like new but may show minor cosmetic marks. The 11S MAX uses remote control only, no WiFi, app, or smart mapping. It's straightforward robotic cleaning without the extra features.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, if you run it daily. Run that often, it keeps floors largely free of dog and cat hair and dust, and it picks up litter and small debris as well. Long hair still ends up on the brush, so the 11S MAX does its best work as an everyday robot rather than a weekly deep clean.
Usually. The low body gets under furniture and kitchen counter overhangs that a lot of robots can't reach. It isn't foolproof, though: a few units still wedge under fridge doors or low tables, so check the tightest gaps in your home before letting the 11S MAX run unattended.
More than you might hope. The 0.6 liter bin is easy to empty and the roller lifts out, but the bin, roller and washable filter need cleaning often, and long hair has to be cut off the brush regularly. Set aside a few minutes for the 11S MAX every few runs.
Sometimes. It has one side brush instead of two, and some find it leaves dirt on that side. Others see no real difference in how clean the floor ends up. If edges matter a lot to you, expect the odd touch-up after the 11S MAX finishes.
It's mixed. Hard floors, short carpet and floor transitions aren't a problem, but rugs split opinion: some find it rides straight over them, while high pile can snag it. If most of your floor is thick rugs, the 11S MAX is a weaker fit than it is for a hard-floor home.
No. It runs from a remote and the buttons on top, with no Wi-Fi or app, which suits anyone who wants none of that. The trade-off is navigation: it bounces around randomly instead of mapping rooms, so you can't send the 11S MAX to clean one room and skip the rest.
