About This Vacuum
The BISSELL 24613 Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Plus is a 13.8 lb corded upright vacuum built for pet owners. It runs on consistent 7-amp power without battery runtime limits, so it works for whole-home cleaning and sudden messes. The Tangle-Free brush roll stops hair from wrapping around the bristles, so you won't need to stop and cut out tangles mid-clean. The Cyclonic Pet Hair Spooling System collects hair in a separate chamber for hands-free disposal. The Smart Seal Allergen System with optional Febreze filter captures fine particles and eliminates pet odors. It works well on carpeted homes with shedding pets, especially households with multiple animals or long-haired breeds. The quick-release extension wand stays attached for stairs, upholstery, and tight corners. Being corded means you need outlets within reach, but you get unlimited runtime and consistent suction during heavy shedding seasons.
Frequently Asked Questions
A lot. In homes with shedding dogs and cats, the BISSELL 24613 often pulls a surprising amount of hair and hidden dirt out of carpet that looked clean. Pet hair on carpet is the job it's built for, and it's the point that comes up most.
Pet hair mostly doesn't. The Tangle-Free brush on the Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Plus keeps dog and cat hair off, but a few still find long human hair wound on the roller or caught in the canister centre. It pulls off easily, so a quick check after each clean is enough.
Yes. The BISSELL 24613 is light and quick to swivel around furniture, which makes it easy to use for a daily once-over. At 13.8 lb it's still a full upright, but it doesn't feel like a chore to pull out for a quick pass.
BISSELL says it collects hair in a separate chamber so you can dump it without handling it. The Smart Seal Allergen System also takes an optional Febreze filter for pet odors.
Yes. The quick-release extension wand stays attached to the vacuum for stairs, upholstery and tight corners, and the 30-foot cord gives you room to work a staircase from one outlet.
