No. It's sold bare and runs on DeWalt tool batteries, so the TengXcel makes the most sense if a few are already sitting in your garage. That's the main reason it gets bought: when one pack runs flat you swap in a charged one and keep going, which suits long cleanups in a truck or workshop.
