About This Vacuum
The Shark PowerPro Reveal Plus Cordless Vacuum uses HyperVelocity suction and FloorDetect technology to automatically adjust brushroll speed based on surface type, eliminating the need for manual switching between carpet and hard floors. The PowerFins multi-surface nozzle maintains continuous contact with all floor types. Dirt-Reveal technology illuminates hidden dust and debris, while LED headlights brighten dark corners and under-furniture spaces. A self-cleaning brushroll prevents hair wrap, which helps for pet owners and households with long hair. HEPA filtration with Anti-Allergen Complete Seal captures over 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger. The vacuum runs for 40 minutes on a single charge in standard mode and converts to handheld mode for furniture, countertops, and car interiors. It weighs 7.9 lb and works on mixed flooring in medium to large homes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Around 40 minutes in mixed use, less with boost. That covers one floor or a smaller home, but in larger or carpeted homes the boost trigger drains the PowerPro Reveal Plus fast and cleaning gets split across charges. Shark rates it at 40 minutes in standard mode.
Hard floors. On wood and tile the PowerPro Reveal Plus picks up well, but carpet and mats usually need the boost trigger for strong pickup, and boost costs runtime. FloorDetect adjusts the brushroll speed by surface, so on carpet the trade-off is mostly about battery.
Yes. Dog, cat and long human hair come up well with the PowerPro Reveal Plus, and hair caught in the self-cleaning brushroll is easy to clear. The pull is strong enough that it can occasionally suck up a loose rug, so watch light mats.
From the bottom, and quickly once you know how. The 0.28 L bin on the PowerPro Reveal Plus opens downward, so the first time it can empty over your lap if you hold it the wrong way. At least one person had to detach parts to get it empty.
Not very. The PowerPro Reveal Plus comes with a picture-only guide, which leaves you working out filter placement, how to empty the bin and what the red warning light means on your own. Expect some trial and error the first few times you clean it.
Not well. The PowerPro Reveal Plus doesn't stand steadily by itself and has no wall mount, so storing and charging it is a little awkward. Plan a corner near an outlet where it can lean against the wall between uses.
