Kenmore 81414 400 Series Pet Friendly Lightweight Bagged Canister Vacuum with Extended Telescoping Wand, HEPA, Retractable Cord, and 4 Cleaning Tools-Red

With a 26-foot retractable cord and an aluminum telescoping wand that stretches to 9 feet, the 400 Series 81414 is set up for reach. You can get at ceiling corners and the tops of curtains without moving the canister much, and the handle detaches for furniture and car seats. It's a bagged canister with HEPA filtration (Kenmore calls it a Triple HEPA system), a 2-motor setup, 4 height adjustments and a 14-inch cleaning width. Capacity is 2.8 liters and the weight is 19.4 lb, both checked against Kenmore's own figures along with the cord length. Three attachments come in the box, a dusting brush, a crevice tool and a bare floor tool, and they store on the vacuum. The usual bagged-canister downside applies. You'll be buying bags, and 19.4 lb isn't light to haul from floor to floor. For a home with pets, mixed floors and a few high spots that rarely get dusted, the 81414 covers a lot of ground.
