Lightly. The Roomba Combo i5+ mostly dampens the floor and can leave streaks instead of scrubbing, so treat it as a touch-up for hard floors rather than a replacement for a real mop. You also have to swap in the mop bin by hand, and it doesn't keep off rugs while mopping, so roll those up first.

Not always. Errors are a common complaint: alerts for a mop bin that isn't there, clogs that aren't real, or the app showing the Roomba Combo i5+ offline. Some units stopped working altogether within months to a year. Keep the warranty paperwork handy, because a false error can stop a scheduled run.

It's mixed. In some homes it maps well after a few runs. In others, lost maps, skipped areas and getting stuck under the same piece of furniture every time come up often enough to plan for. If one spot keeps catching the i5+, blocking it off in the app is the simplest fix.

Better on hard floors than carpet. The i5+ picks up shed fur well on bare floors, but on carpet hair can clump along the edges or wind into the rollers, and those need clearing by hand now and then. In a heavy-shedding home, plan on checking the rubber brushes regularly.
