It's mixed. On hard surfaces the Hiluce 45L picks up crumbs, sand, dust and light debris fine, but suction is weak on upholstery and carpeted floors, a complaint that comes up several times. Use it for quick tidy-ups of the console, door pockets and hard trim, and expect fabric seats and mats to need more passes.

It varies. Some units manage several short sessions on one charge, while others soon stop holding a charge for long. Hiluce rates it at 21 minutes of runtime, so it's meant for short bursts, and a unit that fades well below that in the first weeks is worth returning.

It comes with an extension tube, a flat nozzle and a cleaning brush, so it reaches between seats and into tight corners. It weighs 1.5 lb and is easy to hold one-handed.

A washable HEPA filter. Rinse it and let it dry fully before refitting, since a damp or clogged filter cuts suction on a small motor like this.
