About This Vacuum
The Eureka RapidClean Pro NEC280TL is a lightweight cordless stick vacuum for daily touch-ups and weekly deep cleans. Its 250W brushless digital motor delivers 240% more suction than previous Eureka models, handling dirt, debris, and pet hair on hard floors and carpets. Three adjustable power modes let you match suction to your surface, while built-in LED headlights reveal hidden dust under furniture and in dark corners. The 25.2V lithium-ion battery runs up to 40 minutes per charge, covering most homes in one session. At 5.3 lbs with 180° swivel steering, it moves easily around furniture and into tight spaces. A 5-stage filtration system captures fine particles and allergens. The ergonomic handle reduces arm strain during longer cleaning. It works well for apartments, small-to-medium homes, and mixed flooring. Pet owners appreciate the strong suction and LED visibility for tracking hair and dander. Runtime varies by power mode: maximum suction cuts session length, while eco mode extends coverage. The lightweight design suits quick daily cleanups more than heavy-duty, whole-house marathons.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and the handheld mode is a big part of its appeal. The handheld section of the RapidClean Pro detaches for cars, stairs, baseboards and furniture, so one machine covers floor cleaning and the jobs above the floor as well.
Good for everyday messes. The RapidClean Pro picks up dust, hair, crumbs and litter on both hard floors and carpet with its 250 W brushless motor. LED headlights on the floor head help you spot dust under furniture and in dark corners.
Yes. At 5.3 lb the RapidClean Pro is light and well balanced, easy to carry up and down stairs and comfortable to use across several rooms in one go. The swivel steering helps it get around chair legs and furniture.
Fairly quiet. The RapidClean Pro is quiet on the normal setting, and the higher setting is louder without being a problem. Its listed noise level is 78 dB, so early morning or late evening cleaning is realistic on the lower setting.
Long enough for a whole home in normal mode. The RapidClean Pro is rated for up to 40 minutes, and on the normal setting one charge often covers everything. The higher power modes cut that runtime, so a long session on max won't last as long.
Yes. The 0.6 L cup on the RapidClean Pro empties easily, and it comes out for washing when it gets dusty inside. It's on the small side, so expect to empty it partway through a bigger clean, especially in a home with pets that shed.
