eufy Robot Vacuum

Not really. The Omni C20 keeps floors fresh with daily mopping, and the dirty-water tank shows grime coming up, but dried or sticky messes usually still need a hand mop. Treat it as routine upkeep for hard floors, and keep a hand mop around for set-in stains.

Power cords, thin throw rugs, toys and chair legs are the usual culprits. The Omni C20 can also wedge itself under a couch it nearly fits beneath, since its slim body sometimes matches the gap almost exactly. Picking up cables and loose rugs before a run cuts down on rescues.

Yes, on hard floors. Homes with dogs and cats find the Omni C20 keeps up with shed hair and litter, and the Pro-Detangle Comb flips down to clear hair from the brush. In a heavy-shedding home, expect to empty it more often.

Good. The Omni C20 maps a home quickly and accurately, stays off baseboards and respects no-go zones. Moving furniture around can mean redoing the map. The app handles scheduling, room selection and maintenance reminders, and walks you through fixes step by step when something goes wrong.

More than you might expect. The wash tray, filter and tanks on the Omni C20's station need regular attention: tanks have to be seated and sealed properly, and the tray needs cleaning often or mopping results drop off. The drying cycle also hums for a few hours after each mop.

Not every unit holds up. Some Omni C20 robots throw repeated error messages or have parts fail within the first year or so. Experiences with eufy support are mixed when that happens, so it's worth knowing the warranty terms before you buy.
