Sometimes. Mapping and room recognition are strong points of the 3i G10+, but some units get stuck on chair rails, cables or ledges, and it can take a while to learn a home. Picking up loose cables and blocking problem spots with no-go zones in the 3i app helps while it settles in.

Roughly every 1 to 4 weeks. The 1 L onboard bin on the 3i G10+ compresses what it picks up, so it goes weeks between emptying, and there's no bulky auto-empty dock taking up floor space. Emptying by hand is the trade for skipping that dock.

Yes. The 3i G10+ picks up dog and cat hair well. In one home hair wrapped the roller on the very first run but not on later runs, so it's worth checking the brush after that first clean.

Not fully. Mopping results on the 3i G10+ split: some homes get a good clean, others find it's a basic damp-cloth drag, and the pad has to be washed by hand afterwards. It lifts the mop on low-pile rugs and skips shag carpet, so mixed floors don't get soaked.

It's a weak spot. Several units developed persistent errors or failed within about 2 to 5 months, and getting the maker to resolve it was slow. If you buy a 3i G10+, register it when it arrives and keep the receipt somewhere easy to find.

A washable one. The robot weighs 14.37 lb and needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for the app.
